Wilmington Turner Hall Rental Information
The Main Hall (4 hour rental)
$600 plus $250 security deposit
Rathskellar (Club Members Only)
$150 (Contact Kim or Tim Poole)
Tea Room (3 hour rental)
$150 plus $75 security deposit
(picture to be added)
Tea room maximum capacity is 30 to 55 people (3 hours)
Rental can be no later than 11pm
Additional Hall Rental Information
Open bar - Cost $13.50 per person.
This includes beer, wine, mixed drinks, and soda. One bartender required for 1 to 75 people. Two bartenders required for 76 to 200 people. Bartender fee $20 an hour plus 15% gratuity of bar bill.
Beer 1/2 Keg $160 (standard domestic) (156- 12oz glasses)
1/4 Keg $85 (standard domestic) ((78- 12oz glasses)
Bud, Bud lite, Coors, Coors lite, Miller MGD, Miller Lite
Yuengling (Others Price upon request)
Wine $30 for 5 liters
Red (Merlot & Cabernet Sauvignon)
White (Chardonnay)
Pink (White Zinfandel)
Soda unlimited- $1.00 per person attending
Per drink- $1.00
Kitchen fees- Buffet storage/minor prep- included
Serving food from kitchen- $25.00
Heating and serving food - $50.00
Cooking and serving food- $100.00
Important Information-
The club will breakdown tables, put away chairs, sweep and mop after your party.
You will be permitted access to decorate as agreed prior to party. Cleanup shall begin at end of contracted time. Guests are expected to leave at end of contracted party time.

Important Information-
Two weeks before the event all monies owed are due.
Any services contracted up to this point can be adjusted at this time.
The deposit will be returned by check two weeks after the
event if the club is satisfied that no damages have been incurred by
your rental.
Six weeks notice is necessary to receive full refund.
After six weeks, the club is the sole determiner of any refunds of deposit.
No Music shall be loud enough to be heard from adjoining properties Bartender has the right to require music to be turned down at anytime if it gets too loud.
You are responsible for cleaning up after your party. The hall must have the tables cleared and decorations removed, the kitchen (if used) must be cleaned and swept.
